What door-to-door includes
Share the actual street addresses when arranging your shipment, along with the names and phone numbers of the people releasing and receiving the vehicle. The carrier reviews access and coordinates the meeting location. You do not need to bring a car to the Dreamline office unless a handoff has been specifically arranged.

When a nearby meeting point works better
Low branches, narrow streets, parking restrictions, steep driveways and gated communities can prevent a transport truck from reaching a front door. In Cambridge and Boston, a nearby wide street or suitable parking area may be a better option. Agree on the location with the driver and obtain any permission needed to use private property.

Make the handoff straightforward
Keep keys available, remove loose items and photograph the vehicle before loading. Allow time to inspect it together and review the condition report. If someone else is meeting the carrier, make sure they are authorized to release or receive the car and know how to reach you.

Plan for delivery access too
Tell us about restrictions at both ends before booking. An accessible pickup does not guarantee an accessible destination. Discuss arrival communication and your receiving contact so changes to the meeting point do not become a last-minute surprise.

Only when the carrier can safely and legally access it. A nearby meeting location may be necessary, especially in dense neighborhoods or restricted communities.
Can someone else release my car?
Yes, arrange an authorized adult with the keys and the shipment details, and confirm the handoff requirements with your advisor.
Is terminal storage included?
