TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dreamline Logistics LLC · Last updated June 11, 2026
AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
These terms govern your use of dreamlinelogistics.com and any vehicle shipment you book with Dreamline Logistics LLC ("Dreamline", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a shipment you accept them. Dreamline operates as a licensed transportation broker: we arrange your shipment with vetted, insured motor carriers who perform the physical transport.
QUOTES AND PRICING
Quotes are estimates based on the route, vehicle, trailer type, season, and current carrier availability. A quote is not a guarantee of price until a carrier is assigned and the booking is confirmed. Quoted prices assume an operable vehicle of the stated year, make, and model; inoperable vehicles, oversized vehicles, or added personal items may change the price.
Displayed transit times are estimates. Weather, traffic, road restrictions, and carrier schedules can shift pickup and delivery windows; they are not guaranteed dates.
VEHICLE SHIPPING TERMS
Preparation. Before pickup, remove or secure loose accessories, disable toll transponders and alarms, and leave between a quarter and a half tank of fuel. Personal items left in the vehicle (up to 100 lbs in the trunk) travel at your own risk and are not covered by carrier cargo insurance.
Inspection. The carrier performs a condition inspection at pickup and again at delivery, recorded on the bill of lading. You or your designated agent must be present at both ends, review the inspection, and note any new damage on the bill of lading at delivery before signing — this is required for any damage claim.
Insurance and claims. Every carrier in our network carries active cargo and liability insurance, which covers the vehicle during transport. Damage claims must be noted on the delivery bill of lading and submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery; we will assist you with the carrier's claims process.
Inoperable vehicles. Vehicles that do not start, steer, or brake must be declared at booking. Undeclared inoperability may result in additional fees or a cancelled pickup.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel free of charge at any time before a carrier is assigned to your order, and any deposit is refunded in full. Once a carrier is assigned, cancellations may incur a fee covering the carrier's committed slot, disclosed to you at that time.
If we cannot assign a carrier for your route within the agreed window, you may cancel and any amount paid is refunded in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dreamline's role is arranging transport; the assigned motor carrier is responsible for the vehicle while in its custody, under its insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dreamline's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a shipment is limited to the brokerage fee you paid to Dreamline for that shipment. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold directly against the carrier or rights that cannot be limited by law.
GENERAL
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page applies to bookings made after it takes effect.
