MULTI-VEHICLE TRANSPORT

Moving more than one vehicle is easier when the details are organized together. Dreamline reviews multi-car household moves, dealer shipments and other requests involving several vehicles. Tell us which cars share an origin, destination and available date so the team can assess a coordinated transport plan.

01

Build a vehicle-by-vehicle list

For each vehicle, provide the year, make, model, operability and any modifications. A mix of sedans, trucks and low-clearance cars may require different equipment. List each car separately even when they are traveling between the same addresses.

02

Align locations and release dates

Vehicles available at the same place and time can be easier to coordinate. If the cars are spread across dealerships or residences, share all pickup contacts and access restrictions. Confirm whether a single coordinated move or separate loads best fits the route.

03

Ask how the quote is organized

Review the price and scope for every vehicle. A multi-vehicle request does not automatically guarantee a discount or space on the same truck. Carrier capacity, vehicle sizes and timing determine the arrangement offered.

04

Track each handoff

Each vehicle needs its own condition documentation and an authorized person at pickup and delivery. Keep keys and records clearly labeled. If delivery dates differ, make sure receiving contacts know which vehicles to expect and how to reach the team.

COMMON QUESTIONS.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

Still working through the details? Call our team to talk about your vehicle and route.

Will all my vehicles travel on one carrier?

That depends on capacity, vehicle mix and scheduling. Confirm the proposed load plan before booking.

Can the vehicles have different destinations?

Provide every route for review. Different destinations may require separate loads and quotes.

How do I request a quote for several cars?

Contact the team with the vehicle list and routes. The standard calculator estimates one running sedan and is not a multi-car quote.
